CLIENT FILES

Client files are required to create travel warrants in the TMS. These client files are specific to the system, but are sometimes linked to other systems (in the case of the MSSS Beneficiary files, for example).

• Create / Edit client files
  • Basic client information : names, birth date, sex
  • Other system identifiers : RAMQ, Beneficiary number, Medical file number
  • Multiple coordinates possible : addresses, phones, emails (work/home)
• Extensive search through client files :
  • By name (partial search possible), or by first letter of last name
  • By birth date
  • By employee number, if applicable
  • By other numbers (beneficiary, RAMQ, medical file)
• Quick search of Travel Requests / Warrants for a client
• "Client Locator" : keeps track of the location of each client at all times
• Update client files using the MSSS Beneficiary Database (updates published quarterly)

Employee files

• Create / edit an employee account
• Create a "dependant" account for a client (family member of an employee)
• Assign hiring information : reference date and location
• Pre-define holiday trips allowed and estimated dates
