Preliminary analysis / Implementation plan The first step in implementing the TMS is to evaluate the needs and establish the scope of the project. This is done on-site by meeting with all departments which play a role in the traveling processes (management, accounting, patient services, human resources, etc.) and which will become users of the application. The implementation possibilities and infrastructure are also discussed and planned with the Information Technology (IT) department.
At the end of this mandate, you will receive a detailed and complete report which will present an overview of the current processes, an assessment of the needs, and process reengineering ideas and options, if applicable. We will also provide an estimate of the project effort along with the licensing proposition.
Licensing model The Travel Management System is licensed as a continuous development and support plan, generally on a per-establishment basis. A more detailed licensing model is available on request.
