The TMS was first initiated as a specialized system to manage a high volume of healthcare travel in a remote area of Northern Canada, that can only be reached by air. It is the only system to manage travel that is completely adapted to remote areas.
Supplier agreements and negotiated fares
You can configure suppliers with which you have agreements, and input negotiated fares for itineraries and age groups. The system will then automatically apply your negotiated fares to all travel requests, and allow you to reconcile invoices received from suppliers against this data.
The system can also apply rules for preferred suppliers and automatically split reservations for given routes.
Pick-up service
The TMS has a built-in module to support the driver service that is often offered by organizations located in remote communities to drop-off and pick-up people to/from the airport.

Reserved seats and boarding priorities
If your organization has reserved seats on certain flights, they can be configured in TMS. The system can automatically reserve seats for certain types of travelers. The Passenger List feature allows you to specify boarding priorities and reserved seat assignments.
